Disc Harrow not ordered and was told it had been

Three weeks ago my husband and I went to the store to purchase a disc/harrow. We were told none were in stock but they could order it on lay away. Confused about the term we let her order and put money down being told it would be 4-6 weeks. I then began calling because I had questions. I was told by a man in tractor department that he would look it up and call me right back. Second call, same thing. Third call, it had been ordered and they were expecting it at the end of the week. I would be called. Never happened. Today my husband was in Dothan and stopped by. It was NEVER ordered. Now we’ve been told they will put a rush on the order but not how long that will be. I called the manager and was transferred where I waited until my phone battery died. Most of the time the lines are busy because they transfer calls and don’t check to see if anyone has picked up. Hands down the worst place I’ve ever shopped.

Rural King Doesn't Pay They're Bills!

We have always heard bad advice on selling our rabbits to RK but we thought we'd gove a try. It took us 3 weeks to get ahold of the only person at RK in Bloomington, IN that buys rabbits$ he was always busy or didn't come to work. We finally sold our pet rabbits to RK. RK doesn't pay hardly anything for rabbits! It has been over 3 months now and we still have not recieved a check from RK to pay fot the rabbits! The store staff as well as corporate keeps promising they-ll pay us abd never do!

They would not help me

they would not refund me and i did not even get to pick up dog cage so they keep cage and money saying something about a cooperate check frauds is more like what they are and the customer service is so stupide want help or don't no how to my gf had to show one of them how much she old me back they charge me extra when I got something half off Rural King your a dumb *** and your employees are a worser dumb ***

Poor svc and bad return manager

Purchased boots at Bloomington Indiana store, they were paid with cash, they were less than 30days of purchase, and they were never worn. They were not the right size and had to be returned. The store manager refused to give us cash back for the boots even though we paid cash. He said he could only put it on a debit card. When I asked what he would do if we didn’t have a debit card he said that it would have to be in store credit! Absolutely ridiculous!! We paid cash and they were still new with receipt !! They return policy says if you paid cash you get cash back. The store manager also told me that they don’t give refunds over &25, which I know for a fact is not true!
