We ordered a stock tank, after several weeks we called and asked about it...AGAIN!...after quite some time waiting on the phone we were informed it was there. Now keep in mind that we live 15 miles from there and had waited a L O N G time for this to arrive from another location about 50 miles or so away...we had of course been to town multiple times over the past few weeks and could have saved the fuel costs as well as our time had they only been intelligent enough to have noticed that a truck had INDEED dropped off a few items at their store. Know one answerd tho i called 8 times, i worked 22 hours in 2 weeks that i have not been paid for $8 an hour multiply those and you get $176 before taxes I was told my paycheck will only be $12 and some odd sense.... Not right at all!

I was told yesterday, June 1, 2018 that customer service was working on my refund. STILL NO REFUND or email about it. I asked, Rob, at the Mattoon store if i was going to get some sort of receipt to show im due a refund. He told me NO because customer service was working on it right then. Rural King - "In stock"apparently doesnt mean in stock

I think a major issue is they charge ur card the day it starts processing to check ur card making u think it will ship quicker than it does. I placed an order on the 13th for an "in stock" item. After 8 days i called. They said its 7-10 days so i wait til the 10th day( friday) they argued it hadnt been 10 days and said it would be after the holiday weekend. I called back on tuesday and was told they were waiting on a shipment of them..wait i thought it was in stock. I ask when it will come in they say i dont know. Send an email. No reply. Called back on day 14 and demanded answers to find out they can no longer get the " in stock" gun.. they did offer me a deal on another gun that is spose to ship out 2mar..but it isnt the one i wanted or the one i was waiting on. Once again.

They did away with leather in all stores. It may have been agood seller in some stores (mine for example) but over all it was in the bottom ten dept in clothing.

I wish we still had it for sure! !!

Rural King - $1299.00 mower

(New Castle indana)Mowed with it a total of two and1/2 times.first time worked great went to start second time battery was dead had to jump it.when I backed out of the shed the reverse made a loud noise,got halfway through the mowing mower it started making noise again from rear of mower.last time I mowed with it got halfway through the mowing went to turn steering wheel just spun freely (no steering)took it back two and a half week old mower.told them I wanted my money back,they said they have to have their mechanic check it out b4 issuing a refund said they call next day,5 days later no return phone call..I went back to store true to get a manager with no success,lady at service desk took number again said manager would call next day asap,3 days later no call.i went back to the store got a manager this time he took receipt and said he be back in a minute. 20min later he returns tells me they ordered a part,I told him I came for a refund which they promised not a repair,he told me they don't give refunds on gas items.ask me if I had the mower with the nose in the motor.i told him no and explained for I know at least 4th time the problem.i told him if it broke down that many time in such a short amount of time I can only imagine what the condition would be by the end of the year. Told him that if they did not refund my money I was going to file a small claims case against them he did not seem concerned in the least bit did not even ask my name id bet they dont have my name or number still.they have my mower now and I don't even think they know who I am still very bad service the more should at the very least be replaced it obviously is a defective product worst manager customer service I have ever encountered.its a real joke.
