Awful, cacist worker.
We have been shopping at Rural King store in Spring Hill several times but last Sunday will be the last time. We were in line for free popcorns.
The long dark blonde hair woman worker was bagging and popping popcorns , the woman in front of me got her popcorns and said to the blonde worker : "Thank you ". She answered :" You are welcome ". To my turn, after getting my popcorns, I said : " Thank you " . The woman worker staring at me form top to toes, did not say a word.
I stepped to the side. The person behind me was my husband, after getting his popcorns, he said to the woman worker :" Thank you". She smiled and told my husband : " You are welcome ".
I would call this woman worker at Rural King is an uneducated racist because I am Asian, my husband and the woman in front of me are Caucasians. I am retired Registered Nurse from California and very proud of my skin color and my FROFESSION.

Most Horrible Online Shopping Experience Ever
Horrible Experience
I went into the Lake Wales RK to purchase a Stihl chainsaw. Went to the shelf and all were sold out, asked a guy named Bob with a pony tail if they had anymore, he said no they are all sold out.
So I walked around the tools and saw a huge pallet of stihl chainsaws in the shop. So I found Bob again and said you have chainsaws in the shop and I would like 2 of them. Bob said I can’t sell you any, I just clocked out to go home, come back tomorrow. So I went to customer service and asked if anyone else in the store can sell me a stihl chainsaw?
The lady said only Bob can, as he was walking by the counter, she asked Bob to help me and he replied “I can’t, I’m already off the clock”. Excuse me?? Rural King and Bob just missed out on a sale of over $1000. This happend before Hurricane Irma even hit Florida and it was around 455pm on a Thursday.
I will never go back to Rural King anymore.
Bring back the other guy that worked back there before Bob, he was the military guy. Atleast he helped you out and made you laugh.
Crystal River RK Sucks
Went into Crystal River RK at 6:20pm on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017, to do our weekly shopping.
It's not unusual to not find a cart. You can stroll thru the store and find one; but Saturday we could not. So I went to the front desk and was told that they had only one and someone was probably using it. I explained that I was buying 18 bags of feed; to which the girl shrugged and said that a loader could help me.
I didn't need a loader I needed a cart for 18 feed bags. A young man came into the conversation to say that he could get a carriage and help me. Really? 18 - 50 bags of feed.
How many carriages would that take? I walked out. Their female store managers look like hobo's (no offense to hobos) on a good day and have absolutely no customer service skills. And the majority of their cashiers don't have a clue.
Good riddens Crystal River Rural King. Oh, I spend appx.
$1,000 per month on feed for my farm. Which is now a gain for another store.

Horrible service,,,cant find anyone that works there,,and they advertise something but dont have any..
This has happened many times..i GOT THE AD, AND CALLED TO SEE IF THEY GOT THE gOOD fRIENDS CAN CAT FOOD IN,, I was put on hold, and after 10 minutes, I hung up,, no one got back to me,, I called back and no one answered the phone,, I waited, and called again,,busy busy,,, called again and no one answered.. I live a ways out and I didn't want to come in if they didn't have the food...
I decided to go and check to see if they had any,, and as usual they had none,,, I finally found someone and asked how come they never have the can cat food,, He told me they get about 36 cans in and it sells out right away,,,But they have a *** load of everything else, that wasnt selling.
With no help and no products,,, I cant see this store lasting...The worse customer service ever... I feed a lot of feral cats along with mine,,, their GOOD FRIENDS CAN CAT FOOD is a good buy when you can find it...
NO customer service!
Ordered two items for my grandchildren on Dec. 12 for Xmas on line.
It said they were in stock and would ship 1-3 business days. Never got a shipping notice or tracking #. Sent 4 emails to their customer service dept. and never received a response.
Tried to call about 5 times and there was always at least a 1 hour wait time, so I didn't wait. Got two emails asking me to review the items I never received. Finally reached someone by phone on Jan. 10 and was informed that my order was sent to the fraud detection department (whatever that is?).
Never an email or a phone call, even though I gave a tele # on my order. I wonder if there even is a fraud detection dept. Finally got to cancel my order.
Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

don't expect rural king to call you they don't acknowledge this website's reviews or complaints because they don't care customers don't mean anything to them !!!!!
