Great place to find what you need. Horrible customer service!!!!!

I bought a Sthil chain saw there in November of this year. Since purchasing this product Ive brought it back several times for several different issues. I even had to bring it back twice in a week, so I asked that they exchange the saw and was told that they cant. I asked them to fix it and they had to wait days in order for the tech to get to it. I had brought it there On December 20th to fix one of the studs and on the 24 it was still not touched. I then brought it to the Montgomery farmers coop and in less than 5min it was fixed. I brought it back On the 27th and was told that there are other people before me who had their saws to be fix. The white gentleman who was at the counter, without finishing up with me just walked away and went to help another white gentle man. I then picked up my saw and walked out, funny enough he didnt even realized that I had left. I once again brought the product to CO-OP and less than 30 seconds it was fixed. You have just lost a loyal customer for the pass 15 plus years, Im never going back there. Theyre very unprofessional and that day I felt discriminated against. So that was my last time going there!!!

Do not order off rkgun site.

I had the salesperson help me with a gun I wanted from rkguns. He told me they had it at the wairhouse. I told him that's the gun I wanted, I paid for it and that was on 11/29 19 . I am still waiting for this gun. I keep getting the runaround on why it's taking so long. I do not recommend rkguns. Here it is December 16th and I am still waiting.

They would not help me

they would not refund me and i did not even get to pick up dog cage so they keep cage and money saying something about a cooperate check frauds is more like what they are and the customer service is so stupide want help or don't no how to my gf had to show one of them how much she old me back they charge me extra when I got something half off Rural King your a dumb *** and your employees are a worser dumb ***

Poor svc and bad return manager

Purchased boots at Bloomington Indiana store, they were paid with cash, they were less than 30days of purchase, and they were never worn. They were not the right size and had to be returned. The store manager refused to give us cash back for the boots even though we paid cash. He said he could only put it on a debit card. When I asked what he would do if we didn’t have a debit card he said that it would have to be in store credit! Absolutely ridiculous!! We paid cash and they were still new with receipt !! They return policy says if you paid cash you get cash back. The store manager also told me that they don’t give refunds over &25, which I know for a fact is not true!

Won't stand behind products.

Don't order anything online from these people. Soda pops are 6 months out of date when they arrive. Not fit to drink. They will not refund your money once they have it in their greedy little hands. Stay away from Rural King

Order placed

I ordered two window air conditioners . One was received the other one has'nt , this is since Sept 26. I have called everyday. No one knows what is going on with the second one. So this morning I called and canceled the order. I want my money back.

Complaint on service

No one would answer and i waited at my store to buy a new tractor and the warehouse would not give is what i needed to complete the sale and they were notifed 2 hours before getting there to get paperwork

Take your bank statement (from the bank) not one you print off and receipt in they should correct it. You will need a manager to do it

Poor/awful customer service in the lawn mower department

Purchased a mower and it had mechanical issues that they couldn’t fix so they replaced it ( after 3 weeks of being in the shop to be worked on) with another “new” mower and after 11 hours of use it had to go back to the shop (the new one) for a mechanical issue -3 weeks later got it back and after 29 hours of use it is back in the shop and it has been 26 days and haven’t heard from them if it’s fixed or what. No phone or nothing It was the same way all the other times they never called to tell me anything I had to call them and it was always a hassle to get someone on the phone This mower has logged more hours in the repair shop than It has doing the job I bought it for.

New hire interview

I responded to your Zip Recruiter Ad for inventory specialist. I went to the interview the person who called me Amber ,told the girl at the desk she was not available. My first name is Christen so they thought they were hiring a female ,then the girl behind the desk asked if I was Christen when I identified myself as Chris. Then the manager comes up didn't identify himself looks at me walks away and sends a gentleman up that said he was the assistant mgr.and would do my interview. The interview went well but interviewer had little or no experience conducting interviews. The interviewer said I was a definite yes for hire. I guess my real issues are no one contacted me for a month , I was sized up and down and judged (discrimination) by my age and gender. My opinion of your operation is not favorable. Your backroom was very dirty and unorganized, I already had my doubts weather I even would consider a position .The unprofessional way I was treated tells me you don't consider hiring or HR issues a priority. This is the second time I interviewed with your company, the first time was even worse. I will not shop at Rural King's any longer you are not a equal opportunity employer !

Are you checking the working conditions of yours suppliers ??

Inside your sales you have some products from Madagascar factory and every day people do not know if they will finish alive the day as the factory is not able to respect the law. I sent you already the name of this factory and you did nothing !!!! Let your customers thinking about that. I am very surprised about your lack of action.

RK Tractor is not worth the hassle

I have had my rk24 for almost 4 months. Out of those months, the tractor has been down for 32 days. You have to either bring the tractor in for repair or go to store for ordered parts. No drop shipping. I live 4 hours away From the nearest store. It seems like I’m always on the phone with a employee. And 90% of the time. No one from the tractor department is working. Hydraulic lines busting from rubbing, rear end leaking. Locking pins always come off. The worst tractor I have ever been on, stick to kabota , easier to deal with, less breakage. I have already spent $400 dollars just dropping and picking up my tractor 1 time. The spent $4500 on finishing my road and moving dirt to make way for work to be done on my house. Thanks RK for nothing

Never again!

I ordered 3 pairs of work jeans, they were HUGE but they're just work jeans. Ordered 2 pair for my grandson, same size as his Levi's, paid exorbitant shipping. they're 2 sizes to SMALL! Called to complain and got no where, if I pay to ship them back Rural King will give me credit! It'd cost as much as the jeans to ship back and they won't budge! Buyer BEWARE! NEVER AGAIN!
