12/10/17 - I ordered 2 sets of LED string lights on-line. no email confirmation (but $106 payment was processed) 12/18/17 - I sent email to Customer Service - no response 12/31/17 - I received satisfaction survey (even though no item) 1/4/18 - I waited 47 minutes on-hold only to be told that they were unable to provide shipping status (the item was between warehouses) and that there was a shipping backlog - unsure when it will be shipped but that someone would email me when shipped 1/18/18 - still no delivery and no email...
hmmmmm I am a very unhappy customer at this point...
