Questions about shipment

Gun cases were shipped without being in boxes, one is broke and still waiting on one that FEDEX probably lost. (not very unusual for my route)

There tractors are crap and the finish mowers are the same

you can not get blades for the finish mower bearings went out on the spindle left hand cut which is stupid were not told the tractor ac stops working ever thirty minutes you have to clean the screen in front of the condenser the tractor will not stay still while running in neutral no power uses fuel worse than the john deere no service help nothing but excuses DO NOT BUY THE TRACTOR OR THE MOWERS I THOUGHT THEY AN AMERICAN COMPANY THEY DO NOT CARE THE TRACTOR AND MOWER ONLY SIX MONTHS OLD

Good to know, but I have been using John Deere tractors and mowers, etc. for decades with few problems, all of which were fixed by my local JD dealer who will treat you well if you buy the machines from him rather than from a big box store. To each his own, tho.

Complaint on service

No price stickers all over store.when checking out , items ring up different then shelve sticker.i ask store mng about this , he ignored me and walked off.the store is becoming a filthy crap hole.What happened. Needs new management in a bad way.my neighbors and I have talked about it and we all say the same thing, we dont go there unless we have to.

Poor experience

I ordered a rifle online that was shown to be in stock. The order was accepted and a pending charge put on my debit account. Their site says the charge will drop off in a while which it did. When the charge disappeared I called customer service to make sure everything was okay and was told it was. 17 days after I placed the order I get an email that my order was cancelled because of the rifle being out of stock. The excuse was that it probably was a miscount in the warehouse, sorry... The morning I received the email I ordered from a different company and it was shipped the next day.

No masks required

In Indiana, masks are mandated by the Governor. I went today to the store in Terre Haute, Indiana. Over half the people did not have masks. When I asked the clerk she said that they were not to turn people away without mask, Capitalism at its best.

Nonpayment

I I never got paid for a vendor form for which i brought in 6 rabbits for sale.the invoice is several months old. po NUMBER423101 store 101 i sent a copy of vendor form. 32645 Leonard rd. Sanantonio fl 33576 THE sales associate the helped me was ED he put in my address wrong for which I have tried to fix this problem. I have called the corporate office several times and received no help at all. very poor customer service.

W2 Taxes 2019

I have been trying to contact rural king for months regarding my w2 taxes for 2019. Worst experience in my life

I purchase firearms every other month. Its my hobby for something new. I usually have them sent to ACE HARDWARE and I am in and out with 15-20 minutes maximum. Thought I would give your store a try (what a big mistake that was)! 1 hour drive there and told to come back the next day 1 hour drive home. Return trip 1 hour there and 1 back. Your company owes me 1/2 tank of gas thats $60.00 in my truck. We wont mention that it put me behind on work at my farm. Or all the time spent there on day one just to hear say come back tomorrow. I am only one person yet word of mouth spreads quickly from one farmer to the next at our meetings.

I was on hold for 32 minutes and finally hung up! This is the most unprofessional phone line I have ever seen! Then, when I tried to speak oto Chris on the ( chat) page...he sent me to a page that wanted my credit card to chat with someone! What?? Very disappointed in you! All I want to know is why did you cancel my online order without any explanation!! S M H!

Online fraud

Refunded half the shipping. I contacted them again and asked for all the shipping refunded.

She said they would. I called again and she said they wouldn't. I emailed them and said I would post negative reviews everywhere I could.

I got the rest of my shipping. Would of sent the lids back bit I would of been charged for shipping.

Ordered a food canner and lids for jars. Charged my card. Turns out canner was out of stock. Didn't contact me. Just sent lids at the shipping charge for both products. I don't need lids if I don't have the canner. Would of canceled order had I had been informed of problem with my order. Called, sent half shipping back called again held on the phone for an hour and they said they would return all shipping never did. Said I would have to pay shipping to return the lids. So I paid 6$ per box for 4 boxes with shipping. I could of gotten at Walmart for less then 4$ a box. They blamed the warehouse and the computer and updating stock. They could of fixed it after I informed them.

RK 37 tractor more of a toy than a tractor

We are out $30,000 and a tractor that is still out of service for a total of 88 days as of August 12, 2020.

Purchased on 11/05/2019, told if we needed anything for it parts were in their shop, on 12/2/2019 the steering rod broke (the travel mechanic fixed it, had to wait on a part from Ohio), a few weeks later bolts fell out of the side of it, we went to RK and purchased them and replaced them, on 01/01/2020 a loud rattling noise started, the travel mechanic was sent out again. He took the tractor with him, the fly wheel had to be fixed and the tractor was returned on 01/24/2020. On 06/01/2020, the tractor has diesel going in the oil pan, the mechanic came back out, could not figure where it was coming from. They changed the oil, said to run it and watch to see if it happens again, it did the next day, the mechanic said he was going to come pick it up on 06/30/2020 but didn't get to due to illness. He finally got it on 07/11/2020. Received a call on 07/20/2020 and said he had to order a part for it that was coming from S.Korea and it would be at least two more weeks. As of today 07/20/2020 the tractor has been useless for 61 days. We have written letters to managers of Wytheville, Bluefield, WythevillevRegional and the Wytheville district manager and to to the Corporate Office, along with emails. No one has the decency to contact us but Cody Lowe from the main office, said they would not return our money but were honoring the warranty. Said 500 hours was a lot of hours on a tractor, the tractor has not been used for work, more like a toy than a tractor. I am writing the Better Business Bureau and contacting a lawyer. 500 hrs, warranty or not we purchased a lemon, buyers beware if looking for a tractor.
