Ordered 2 jackets but never received

I ordered 2 Glennaker Columbia Jackets for $38. Great price. My credit card was charged but I never got them. They sent me a pic that showed delivery but it wasnt my house. Customer Service apologized and said they would refund the money but it has been 3 weeks now and it has not been refunded. And now they wont respond to my emails or voicemails. Please help!

Stole my purchase

Rural King - Package hasn't came
They put my order on hold for suspicious fraud except I never got a single email that they put it on hold so I sent a few emails out and still didnt get a response. I finally called customer service and they cancelled my order so I could order it again. Except now its sold out and my Christmas gift is ruined for my boyfriend. Thanks!

An absolutely retarded place.

Average staff member couldn't find their way out of a closet without a crayon colored road map.

They always send the most morbidly obese employees to waddle outside and risk heart attack to fetch the carts. No sympathy for donut lovers.

They'll let you pay for outside yard items that they're too stupid to realize they don't actually have in stock. Like turnstiles, fencing, and also metal barrels without any lids.

Because lids, is stuuupid.

The place always smells funny. Maybe that has something to do with all the *** from the bin full of baby chickens.

And I hope you're not broke enough, that you need to return a 5 dollar item. Because ALL returns require a driver's license to be scanned into their system. So, enjoy identity theft, right along with your five bucks. Possibly having someone else trashing your credit, good reputation, or commit a crime in your name.

---Fun stuff.

But don't worry... I'm sure the cynical Judge who's heard a million lies will believe you when you cry innocence. And it's more than likely. Because I doubt the slack-jawed Einstein club over there has the best anti-hacking mechanisms within their wired system.

Horrible Experience

After two weeks of waiting for shipping information on some firewood I ordered I called to check the status and was told it was placed on hold for verification, I was told if I hadnt called I would have never been informed! They then stated it would take an additional 1-3 day for verification and another 1-3 weeks for processing!!

I asked if there was a way to expedite the processing and they refused, said they were unable to do that. 4 days after calling to verify my information I received an email that my order had been cancelled with no explanation as to why. This is a bad company that treats their customers poorly, obviously has very poor management and I will never purchase from Rural King again.

Additional I will make it a point to post this on every review forum and share my experience with everyone I know. Not that is matters because I have no doubt this company will be bankrupt in no time!

Ordered item on 10th of dec, recieved confirmation of sale. No response of tracking or shipping details. Reached out to the company 19th of Dec to find out my order had been placed fraud account,

There was no contact with me to alert me to this matter. I was then told that is would take 3 to 5 days to investigate, still work no contact.

I called back on the 3 day with I'm sorry I can't help you this is in the hands of the fraud dept.

This was a Christmas gift for my son that he will not be receiving The customer relations from the start has been poorly implemented.I would not recommend Rural King as a company to order from in the future for to poor communication between the customer and the investigating team as well as everyone else who participated in this transaction. You have ruined my sons Christmas

I shop in your Chambersburg store in Pennsylvania. I will no longer be shopping there.

I am going back to tractor supply. I bought a lot of stuff at your establishment all of my animal feed and numerous other things twice I have encountered poor customer service over the past six months you have lost $2000 just from me, I inquired about a bush . However, I had a few questions that no one there could answer so one of your store managers took my name and telephone number and told me that a representative would get in contact with me. I never heard anything back.

Today I was in your establishment and went to the sporting goods looking at guns. One of your counter. Clerks was busy with another customer. I waited 30 minutes for him to finish then the clerk proceeds to turn and walk away not asking me if I needed any help I left the department, not until I was leaving the department did he say hey bud can I help you?

I said no thank you I am taking my business elsewhere.

I have worked in retail for 35 years of my life. I know the public can be trying at times, but you have to have decent customer service to keep customers in your establishment And your clerks need to do better with their customer service skills

Year and a half and STILL haven't received my title paperwork for a trailer I purchased from Rural King.

Rural king employees refuse to send me the title to the trailer i purchased 1 year and a half ago after over four visits to the store in marion illinois so i might need a refund

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY IN MY LIFE. I didnt get what I ordered or even close to it and instead of contacting me to say it wasnt in stock, it was sent to me with a full delivery charge. The reps I spoke with were rude and my problem wasnt fully resolved. Will never buy from this company again and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Did not receive full order

I ordered 18 items and only received 4. Had to request a refund for the 14 I didnt receive but was still charged the full shipping amount of $14.85. The items were only $2.00 each. If I was informed that there were only 4 items in stock I never wouldve placed the order. After numerous calls and being spoken to with attitude I only received half of the shipping back. At the very least, I shouldve been credited the full shipping fee since this was the companys fault. I will NEVER shop at Rural King ever again and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau today.

No one reached out to resolve problems I was absolutely ignored by rural king

I complained done no good about a cj tech 8.5 quart air fryer I tried to order from two different stores one greenwood one Shelbyville tried ordering fryer multiple multiple multiple times shows in stick never has contacted corporate no answer back contacted customer service all the can say is site is not live so basically we can false advertise anyway beyond passed with RURAL KING!!! FIX THE FREGGIN ISSUE WITH INVENTORY AND GET A LIVE SITE LIKE THE REST OF THE WORLD. FALSE ADVERTISING NO EXCUSE FOR IT POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES I TRIED TO ORDER MULTIPLES OF 2 MULTIPLE DIFFERENT TIMES AT 38 BUCKS EACH NEVER IN STOCK THO SITE SHOWS IT IS.

Gun Store employees

I have purchased many things from Rural King. Farm supplies, Three point Generator, Chainsaws, motor oil, filters, etc etc.

And many Gun's. Because of your Gun department in Zephyrhills FL I will no longer be a customer of Rural King. The Gun Department is staffed by people not qualified to sell snow cones at a county fair. They are so uneducated.

They are extremely Lazy and don't treat customers with any respect. Including your store manager. Because of this you have lost a fantastic customer.

I will shop at Tractor Supply for My Ranch needs and a local mom and pop gun store for my firearm supplies. This is trending fast with the public and will hurt.
