Not all the stores have managers that are so up tight about the return policy. Ive worked in numerous Rural King stores (not wentzville) and have always preached to just take care of the customer.

I can't believe they just didnt return your money or at least give you a gift card. Hopefully you got in contact with their regional manager.

Rural King in Columbus, Ohio - Managers dont talk

I have now called the Evansville store on Morgan Ave. several times to speak to a manager. They have yet to ever come to the telephone !! Thats really bad business !! I have a product that is very poor craftmanship so im wanting to know if i can return the item. I purchased a dog crate for a 64 pound dog and on the box it states made for a large dog, which is what my dog is. The dog has been able to bend the bars on the crate back and in doing so is now able to escape the cage. this is poor merchandise !!!

website won't give sale info. When i put something in the search the website shoots me to google instead of rural king can't figure this out I wanted to buy a submersible pump can't get info from your site. Whats up? Who are you to say what happens with these ppl? This is RURAL KING, not some company on Wall Street.

How does this affect you?

Now, if you were a fellow employee and were experiencing repercussions due to some kind of favoritism then that would be different. You're a bit too invested for a customer, to be honest.

Rural King in Broomall, Pennsylvania - Waiting 3 wks for more product

Three weeks ago I bought a gallon of brown paint. I went back needing another gallon in a week. Total of 3 weeks later they still don't have my desired product in the store nor can they seem to manage to tell me when it will be on the shelf. they did call and find that their distribution center has the product two weeks ago. The product has not been dis continued, so why the wait. I am in the midst of a project, I'll never shop there for paint again, and will think twice when future shopping!!!!!!!

I personally work at a rural king. I love my job and yes a FARM store does a slight rodent problem....IT'S A FARM STORE!!!

And as for just wanting to stock shelves.....yes we do stock shelves all day and no we are not happy about that. But unfortunately it's our job tha we are told to do!

I am though an excellent employee and have many customers come in just to talk to me and see how I am doing. Rural king has always dealt with any problem that has rose up including any kind of rodent problem.
