looked online to see if the Clarksville store had my item in stock ...it said IN STOCK so i made a call to the store to see how many they had ...I was in need over 20 of them... first call placed on hold and no one returned to answer ..I called back with the number i got from their wed site they couldn't find them .on the last call with in 1 hour ... lady advised me they weren't in stock...i ask if they could order them ..she said NO ..... someone is very lazy at this store and this is not the first time i have had problems..

Rural King in Spring Hill, Florida - The employees need training!

Went to the store to buy a solar gate transmitter. Stopped at the information desk to ask for the location of this widget ladies said we do not have that. OK so while I was there I looked around in the store. (Liked the pop corn) Well I found what I was looking for my self! I really like the store BUT I think you loose a lot of business because the employees do not have a glue what is carried in the store and can not help you... PLEASE EDUCATE THE EMPLOYEES...Thank you for your Rural King in our area.

There are thousands of items in the store. You expect them to know EACH one of them. Get a grip, and give the clerk a break !

today, every single item I purchases was overpriced by $2-$4 BUT a pair of socks $4.99 scanned at $12.99 and a trash bags $3.99, scanned at $19.99. Glad I watch the prices and even when staff told her the correct prices, she still questioned them as much as she did me.
