I was told yesterday, June 1, 2018 that customer service was working on my refund.

STILL NO REFUND or email about it.

I asked, Rob, at the Mattoon store if i was going to get some sort of receipt to show im due a refund. He told me NO because customer service was working on it right then.

This is BAD business practice!!! Watch your front area cameras and you will see that i left with NO JEANS last night.
