Placed an order online about a month ago. Still waiting for shipment.

Didn't' receive any phone call or email. After I tried to contact them many times, finally someone called me back and inform me that they can't honor the price I paid for this order simply because they failed to update higher pricing online. Therefore, if I want to keep this order, I'll need to pay an additional $220. The lady further claims that the company is loosing money for this order because they are not making money.

HOW ABSURD! Furthermore, this supervisor, Craig, did not want to get on the phone to talk to me. BUYERS PLEASE BE VERY AWARE.

This is the most poor customer service I have encountered with an online purchase.

I give this merchant zero (0) star!
