bought a cooler rack from this company. recieved it damaged.
took over a week to get back to me. sent it back on their dime. 2 weeks later i get email they refunded my credit card. a week later still no refund.
call amex, they say no refund. file a dispute and then contact rural king. 3 days later get email apologizing for refund mistake (sure). finally get credited.
would never deal with this company online again. BEWARE CONSUMERS !!!!! this company does not have stores in my area, new jersey, thankfully.
this was a stressful transaction from the time i recieved item. do yourself a favor and stay away from rural king
