We purchased a zero turn "swisher" mower from rural king in collinsville. Paid with debit card.

We tried to pick the mower up the day after purchase. They looked for the key for about 2 hours. finally found key. then the mower wouldn't start.

Put new battery on. charged it still wouldn't start. The following day picked up mower, took home and it wouldn't climb a mole hill. Had to push it back up the driveway while running.

The customer service was atrocious. If this store stays open it won't be due to their customer service skills.

$2300.00 might not be alot to some people, the managers direct quote "It's not my money". I will never patronize rural king again.

Monetary Loss: $2380.
