Rural King - Where's my money?

Sold the Maysville, KY store 5 rabbits on June 23, 2019. Was told I would receive payment in 4 to weeks. Got a call from the store on 7/15 to get my address, no check yet. Called the store and they said check comes from corporate and will be 7 to 10 weeks before it comes. This is not at all acceptable. Either pay me now or I get merchandise in exchange for my rabbits.

The battery you returned and the new battery would be an even swap if it's a matter of two or three weeks. There wouldn't be a core credit for the first battery since you didn't have a core with you.

Any credit for a core should be applied to the second battery and noted on the receipt for that battery. There is no "money due".

My prob is with the Hamilton Store.#53.They are always out of Equine Fresh Pellets but always are selling out when they finally get some in .Ib've been told on more than one trip to store or on the phone yes we have them and get there and they have none..or they are getting in on Tuesday only to get there and have none..Most employees are rude( not all)..My horse has allergies and that seems to be the only brand she can use..my time is just as valuable as theirs so I should not have to spend my time and gas to make trips across town to be lied too..Very unprofessional...

Dude, it is a ghastly error to publish your personal info on an open internet website forum ! The store in question is the LAST one who will ever read this post but thousands of others including the worst of internet pathogens will read it and are now intimately familiar with you.

Is that your intention ?

I doubt it. You have a 4 year old that you must protect and putting yourselves into a public forum over $20 is insane.

I ordered a rifle online on November 26, 2018 during a Black Friday sale and the order was processed. I figured it may take a week at most to receive it but there was a problem with the FFL dealer so we got that cleared up in the first 3 days. Two weeks later they email me and tell me it's out of stock???? It doesn't take two weeks to find out you haven't got stock to fill an order. The website should have showed the item was "SOLD OUT" when stock was depleted. They sent and email apologizing for the inconvenience but never offered a supplement in exchange. Two weeks of being scammed while I could have purchased from someone reputable, and now the good sales are over. Beware of Rural Kings "great deals". A total waste of my time.

Rural King - Paid For An Online Order Received Nothing

I ordered a shotgun from RKguns on September 23rd 2018 and had it delivered to the the Crystal River, Florida store. It arrived at the store on October 2nd. I went there the same day, filled out the paperwork and left the store. I waited for them to call me to go pick it up. When they didn't after eight days, I called them. Spoke the sporting goods department who said that he couldn't find the paperwork or the shotgun. So now I have to go through the trouble of disputing the charge which takes two months while in the meantime Rural King gets to hold my money. I wish that I had checked the reviews before I bothered ordering from them.

I was told yesterday, June 1, 2018 that customer service was working on my refund. STILL NO REFUND or email about it. I asked, Rob, at the Mattoon store if i was going to get some sort of receipt to show im due a refund. He told me NO because customer service was working on it right then. I ordered a part via their website on a Friday morning, and by the following Tuesday it still had not shipped. I had called and emailed to cancel my order, but they refused to cancel it, even though it wasn’t shipping until 2 days later (on Thursday). This is so wrong, and terrible customer service. So now, I have to pay for delivery both ways, and a 20% restocking fee. Never again!!!
