Purchased a product that was not represented well and returned in original package.Was charged 20% restocking fee + the original shipping charge (which was no-charge to me) + shipping charge back to them.

A TOTAL OF $95 WAS CHARGED BACK TO ME FROM A $207 ORIGINAL INVOICE. WHAT???????? THAT'S ALMOST 50%. WHAT A RACKET THEY HAVE.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND EXPLAINDED TO ME IT WAS THEIR WAY OR THE HIGHWAY AND ENDED THE CONVERSATION. I understand there is sometimes a re-stocking charge but 20%? And then charge me their original shipping the product to me, plus I pay the return shipping charge also.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THEM.
