For the second time in a year I have been to the Front Royal Va. store to purchase a product that is advertised in the by weekly sales flyer.
Both times the product has been marketed to get you in the store only for the manager to tell you it is a misprint or it's only for a certain size. This is never been advertised as such, on either product, Keen boots this past week was advertised as $119.00 I go back to the store their $169.00?? I show them their sales paper and they tell me its for a different size, so I ask what size, no one could tell me.
So I told them I would purchase my granddaughter a pair for this price and they said the shoe doesn't come that small, they start at a 7, ok how much is the 7 I ask $169.00. By far I like the store for the feeds and farm products, but how far do they need to go just to get you there
Product or Service Mentioned: Rural King Deal.
Reason of review: Not as described.
Preferred solution: I want the local store to have to charge the customer they advertised price..
I didn't like: Not one employee could tell me an answer.
