CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD NO DETAILS ON MY ORDER RECEIVED IN WHEN IT WILL BE SHIPPED OUT.

SHIPPING TRACKING INFORMATION AND SCHEDULED TO BE DELIVERED ON THE DELIVERY DATE ESTIMATED WAS GIVEN BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY BUT THEY NEEDED THE SHIPMENT.

ON DELIVERY ESTIMATED DATE I CHECKED THE STATUS ON THE TRACKING AND STILL SHOWED NOT SHIPPED AND AGAIN WHEN CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THEY DID WAS TO MAKE A NOTE TO THE SUPERVISOR TO CANCEL MY ORDER WHICH WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND THE REP I SPOKE WITH COULD NOT CANCEL THE ORDER????? REALLY???

I WANTED TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND STILL ALL LEFT ON THE HANDS OF THE SUPERVISOR AND WITH A B___LL S__**T RESPONSE THAT THE SUPERVISOR WILL GET BACK TO ME.

YEAH!!! IN MY NEXT LIFE

OPENED A CLAIM TO GET A REFUND!
