I ordered a welder. After 7 days of not hearing anything, (Not even a confirmation email), I called their customer service.

After being on hold for 43 minutes I finally spoke to someone. They told me that, due to a computer glitch, my order had not gone through. They assured me it was taken care of and I would get a confirmation soon. 3 days later, still no word.

I called again. 36 minute hold this time only to be told that it took time to process the order. 10 days?!

I cancelled the order and bought a welder at a local store. I will never shop at Rural King again.
