I purchased two shop lights and one was defective. I contacted Rural Kings return department about the bad light the same day I got it.

It has been 2 weeks and I have not received a return authorization. If I call all I get is a run around. Their website says easy returns but this is not the case. They have the worst return department I have ever seen.

Never had a problem with AMAZON or Walmart. Rural King does not care about their customers and is basically a RIPOFF.

I will never shop there again. A crap corporation that rips off average consumers.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $35.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Rural King Pros: Product selection.

Rural King Cons: Online order, How they handle complaints, Customer service - very rude, Crummy return department.

Take it to the store. The CSM can get it taken care of to do an exchange or refund.

If they aren't familiar get a manager. Make sure you take your paperwork.
