I placed an online order with Rural King for a Duraflame ceramic tower heater (not carried in our local store) and two 44lb bags of dog food. I also wanted to order work pants for my husband but they were not available(really, from a farm store!) After 2 weeks I contacted customer service to see why I haven't received my order.

I was told they were having trouble locating the heater. If it was not available they should have put "sold out" on their website (like the jeans). After a few more days I received an email for a refund for the heater. The next day I received two 33 lb bags of dog food!

I paid for two 44lb bags! After contacting RK again they said they would get back to me in a couple of days. WHAT! A manager could not work this out now?

WORST customer service!

I will NEVER order from Rural King again. WORST experience of an online order ever!
