I placed an order online, received confirmation of the order including that it was shipping via UPS. I received a call from the person that I placed the order for and was informed that they had not received the item.
I went back to the rural king web page and looked up the order number (100390550) only to find out that they cancelled the order and didn't even let me know. I emailed customer no service and was informed they felt the charge was fraudulent. I asked why they didn't reach out to me in order to verify the order and was informed that this was not their policy.
I do not know how they will keep customers if they operate this way. I know I will never order from them again.
