Bought a 3 piece set of tin pans for .99 cents. The pans were typed together but he charged me .99 cents 3 times.

when I called to tell them of the over charge the young lady that answered the phone never once apologized for the mistake. she was very rude and told me "I don't know what to tell you , You will just have to bring your receipt back into us." and yes I will be making the 58 mile round trip to get my $1.98 back so I can tell her boss, she needs class training on how to handle customer service situation better or perhaps you should keep her off the phone. My neighbor was with me and was charged the same over charge. I asked the rude lady on the phone how many more customers have been charged and never caught it and she said I have no ideal.

of course you don't! just making more money for your pocket.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Need new customer service people.
