I was returning a Yeti lid with my receipt at the Paris, IL store. Melissa refused my return and told me to return the following day to speak with the manager.

I returned the following day to speak with the store manager and she promptly came up and took my item and receipt back with her keeping me waiting for 10-15 minutes while she spoke with him. After waiting for an absurd amount of time over a ten dollar item that she claimed couldn’t have been only 3-4 days old, he refused my return as well. He, obviously, was coached on what to say from her as she intercepted my talk with him. I thought he was the store manager, but he didn’t have much of a backbone.

I went to the Terre Haute, IN location and they returned it with zero argument. This all happened about a week ago.
