*** poor customer service. No one in that store knows where anything is.

They all hang around the front cashiers and seem irritated if you ask for help. I went into the store with the item I needed pulled up on my phone from their website. Website clearly indicated it was in stock, but no one knew where. When I asked if they could type the SKU into the computer the manager looked at me like I was on crack.

He asked how that would help. I said it would tell you the department, wouldn't it? He responded that he didn't know and they don't do stuff like that.

Was so frustrated that I just walked out without buying the bush hog and 4 gates that I was going to get also. Won't bother going back to this hole in the wall store.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
