I saw some boots Muck boots on salefor$89.99 went to the website and they were $99.00 then I found out I couldnt buy them unless they were delivered to a store. I live in Louisiana there are no stores here . So I cant buy those boots that sucks why advertise if you cant sell them

No one contact us for the RK UTV 250 performance. So sad. We want to buy the red one at laporte store but they do not have license to sell. Nile store in michigan had on-line. I ordered then got canceled the next day

Tractor never serviced at location

Impossible to get in touch with tractor personnel, always out sick or no room for messages on his phone. Service personnel never call to tell you when they are coming out. I have to call 2-3 times to see when it will be. Experience is horrible. Tractor was never serviced properly from day one. service from day one.

Poor service. Un american policy on battery purchases

I spoke to customer service months ago. About the. Photo ID. Current address phone number etc. Was told that wasn't policy. Today treated poorly by a manager who told me they make the rules. All that is required in this country for a product warranty is a receipt showing proof of purchase. Im telling evey 1 about my treatment. Rural king & no battery maker need my personal information. VERY BAD POLICY

No restocking.

Went to the Hamilton, Ohio Rural King store numerous times for a mower battery. The display has been completely empty. When I question the employee at the service desk, they always say that trucks come in daily, but they don't know what's on the trucks. The last time, I told them the entire mower battery shelves are empty, and have been for the better part of a month now. The employee said, "well maybe I'll look into that". Very unconcerned employees, and the website is not helpful in resolving these issues.

Delay in ship, price match, long hold times, no response to escalation

Ordered a large case of ammo on Jul 1 2020 after an email offer came in shortly before. Once I made the order I found the price lower at smkw.com and remembered the "our price will not be beat" emails. After 1 hour on hold, and more hold once the female agent checked she said smkw was not a competitor they match price against. I received another email within a week about the "our price will not be beat" and I forwarded that to customerservice@***.com and my order information with no response. Their phone system said to allow 7-10 business days for shipping but 13 business days had passed and the order was still "processing". I called again, had 1 hour hold only to be told they did have the ammo and they will ship but can't tell me when. I asked to speak to the supervisor about the delay, match price, and poor all around customer service and she said they would call me. After 7 hours no supervisor had called so I started looking for alternative methods to escalate. I first called the corp office phone number and it rang for at least 10 minutes without any answer. I sent a message via facebook but they were not available. I finally went to ruralking.com and filled out a forum describing everything. I had a call back on the 18th from a female with a very similar voice to the first two calls (I believe it was the same person all 3 times). She said they had my complaint and had the ammo and would try to get it expedited for shipping and that I would get a call from the supervisor on Monday 7/20. On monday morning I had a fedex email saying I was getting a package from rkguns, it is supposed to deliver today 7/22 and I have still not heard from the supervisor. There are a few issues here: 1. It seems like they only have one staff person handling all the calls. 2. It seems like they don't have enough staff to handle shipping. 3. It seems like they have so many customer service issues due to the delays the supervisor is overwhelmed. 4. Expectations were lowered from the start with the 7-10 day shipping, but they weren't even met. I really like RuralKing. I have already bought 2 firearms from them, They have inventory in stores that most other places don't like Stihl chansaw parts. Their stores are similar to the rkguns as they don't keep enough staff at the checkouts. The last gun sale I had there were 8 gun transactions in front of me and the staff asked for the 3 other staff standing around to help call in some of the paperwork for approvals but none helped. I stood there almost 2 hours just to get my normal 1 hour delay for background and came back to complete the sale over a week later. I expect price match when they say their price will not be beat. Ammo sells out fast everywhere now. I understand that. I should have ordered the smkw ammo and just cancelled the rkguns order but I wasn't sure I would be fast enough so I kept the ammo that was supposedly secured.n

No response on emails

I have sent numerous emails to rkguns to find out the disposition of the gun they have charged to my account but have not delivered to the store as yet. From what I can tell the gun was delivered on 6-3-2020 and it is 6-8-2020 now. I have gone to the store twice and they are unwilling to look in to it they say I will receive an email when the gun arrives, but yet no one can tell me where the gun is. I have received no information from Rural King through their email customer service nor have I had any contact by phone, nor can I contact them by phone because they are not taking customer service calls. I simply want to know where my gun is and when it will be available so I can fill out the background check and get the gun.

Store mgr nasty attitude

Pricing error on the store's end. Tori..mgr I am guessing treated the situation as if I changed the pricing. Too angry to type it all. If you are really concerned call 937372****. Last issue prejudice and no assistance. This girls position has gone to her head and is in need of training.

User's recommendation: Pay close attention to the way you are treated. If not happy a new similar store is opening soon. You don't have to deal with snotty ignorant people. Someone else who appreciates you will happily take your cash.

Rude associates at Shelbyville Ky Rural King

Let me start by saying I have always loved Rural King. I love the country environment, and the products they sell. However, I do not want to go there due to the way they treat the customers during the pandemic. The store manager Christie and the associate at the door screening people as they go in, are so rude. Please learn to be kind. It would make things so much better in an already stressful situation. Please stop with the yelling and the hatefulness. Its really ugly.

Refund

I tried to call for a refund couldn't wait 4 hrs on the phone. Called early in the morning when they opened up, they are taking emails. I emailed them 2 hrs ago. No efficiency in refunds. If you have to get a refund, make sure you give it 2 weeks before you can reach them. Terrible

fist my grappler fell apart byer be ware before 2018 then I was told that my model a rk 37 because of the resender unit that I needed a new wiring harness but was never told it was in now my backhoe is leaking severely it only has 132 hours on tractor approximaty30 hours on the backhoe Rual KING refuses to give any help they wont call you in many cases warranty is one thing but standing behind there customers and there products they no not how
