Poor customer service
Rural King in Winchester, Kentucky - Nothing wrong with animal policy.
Just because one person has a problem with one dog does not mean they should drop this policy, my canine enjoys coming to RK and exploring and enjoys the attention from, kids, fellow shoppers and associates. Besides that if he is not coming back dont worry about him. You are doing a good job!

Great values, great people! We drive over 45 minutes just to shop at a Rural King. They need a store in/closer to Toledo,Ohio to fill the void since The Andersons left the market. Just sayin'!

My rural king is very friendly and knowledgeable
You ask any random question, they have the answers. You want to make a purchase, and it is out of stock, leave your number and they will contact you when it is available. Very family orientated, polite and straight forward. I have made quite a few acquainted, and or even friends throughout my visits. Leesburg Fl. Rural King, is always a great experience!
