Ordered grill in Nov for Xmas gift, still havent received as of Feb. No response from them. Had to call to cancel today since they have my payment info. Rep. was pleasant but no apology or explanation.

Rural King - They don't care

I worked at Rural King in the small engine Department .It didn't take me long to find out that they don't care about the customers at all . They don't want to order parts and they want you to tell the customer it will take 2 to 3 weeks to get parts its a joke. They have had people's stuff there 3 6 or even a year Waring take your stuff somewhere else if you want it fixed

Rural King in Hamilton, Ohio - Tired of false information.

My prob is with the Hamilton Store.#53.They are always out of Equine Fresh Pellets but always are selling out when they finally get some in .Ib've been told on more than one trip to store or on the phone yes we have them and get there and they have none..or they are getting in on Tuesday only to get there and have none..Most employees are rude( not all)..My horse has allergies and that seems to be the only brand she can use..my time is just as valuable as theirs so I should not have to spend my time and gas to make trips across town to be lied too..Very unprofessional...

Rural King - Never Again

Ordered items online, received via Fedex, poorly packaged and damaged, instead of returning entire order at their cost decided to keep and inform them about one item out of 20 that needed to be replaced or refunded . . . . took over a month just to hear back and then nothing resolved. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM RURAL KING! NEVER AGAIN

Rural King - Did not honor ad

Went to Mattoon Il rural king said they were out would not give rain check went to Effingham Rural king said they had some but was holding them for their rain check people, Mattoon told me they were getting 8000 more plastic totes in how they are telling me they are not getting any more in because they are moving across town to a new store. Not happy wasted time and gas on these stores.

Rural King - I am not happy about this ad running now have been in the Mattoon store twice to get some tubes they would not give me a rain check. I called the Effingham store and they did get some in but they

We’re for the persons they gave rain checks to. I was told they were going to get more I called today and they are telling they may not be getting any more before they move to the new store. The mattoon store would not give me a rain check when I asked. Not a happy shopper!
