Rural King - No air conditioning

There is no air conditioning in your store its been broke since last year. Your employees shouldnt have to work in those conditions. Your customers should have to deal with it either.

Rural King - Unethical

I ordered a part via their website on a Friday morning, and by the following Tuesday it still had not shipped. I had called and emailed to cancel my order, but they refused to cancel it, even though it wasn’t shipping until 2 days later (on Thursday). This is so wrong, and terrible customer service. So now, I have to pay for delivery both ways, and a 20% restocking fee. Never again!!!
