i been feeding my dogs this food and have had the exact opposite. Why dont you read an ingredient label?

Some dogs are allergic to wheat, flour and items like pea meal. which yes some of their foods have those items in it others dont though. My one dog an 80 lb. pitbull is allergic to all those items.

Which by the way all your top brands have the too. Not every product from any of those companies contains those items but it takes you the owner to have some common sense to take a moment and read what the differences were between the two dog foods that might of caused the issues.

This man Mike totally flirts with his customers a lot to the point where they get aggravated he asked names where they work where they're from he holds up lines just to get these girls to talk to him even when women are with their men you can see their men getting pissed off I think he's a really disrespectful selfish *** he might know how to talk to people but I think he needs to check on what he's talking 2 I even see him outside on breaks with chicks

i ordered a trail camera said would ship in 1/2 day. two weeks later i still do not have my camera. i have sent more that 3 emails to costumer service and no reply, when i contacted them by phone after 1 hour wait on phone they said the item was being tracked and they would email warehouse for more info on shipment. it is 4 day later and i have not gotten a reply from customer service rep. so if u see it in the store buy it. my experience with there internet service is horrible and customer service does not reply to any mail or phone reply's.

Follow up to my review from 12/23/17. I did receive a refund which was good.

I received an "standard" email from Rural King asking me to review my transaction.

I wrote a condensed version of what I originally wrote and received an email back stating

that I did not comply with their criteria! I just listed the facts and they won't post it.

Never again, Rural King!

I order a gun and just received a email confirming that I bought it. No info on shipment or when I could expected or nothing. I called the number on the email and as soon as I chose the option to check on a order the call gets dropped. I also called the store and they told me I had to deal with the online page or to write an email because they couldn't help me in store. Awful service and I still waiting on info on my purchase.

Rural King - Weeks to ship, shipped after canceling!

After waiting five weeks for my shooting bench to ship I emailed a query about when? They answered they didn’t have in stock at warehouse and had to ship from one of stores! After three more weeks I told them one more week or cancel order. After another week I canceled order. They answered neither of these emails then shipped another week after I canceled. Box came today. Looked like it came through Vietnam war and Desert Storm! Amazingly bench was okay. I feel like reversing the charge on them but i’ll Keep the bench. Rest assured I will never deal with this inept outfit again. No shipping dept., no customer service, no thank you!!!
