Rural King - Tired of false information.

My prob is with the Hamilton Store.#53.They are always out of Equine Fresh Pellets but always are selling out when they finally get some in .Ib've been told on more than one trip to store or on the phone yes we have them and get there and they have none..or they are getting in on Tuesday only to get there and have none..Most employees are rude( not all)..My horse has allergies and that seems to be the only brand she can use..my time is just as valuable as theirs so I should not have to spend my time and gas to make trips across town to be lied too..Very unprofessional...

Rural King - Never Again

Ordered items online, received via Fedex, poorly packaged and damaged, instead of returning entire order at their cost decided to keep and inform them about one item out of 20 that needed to be replaced or refunded . . . . took over a month just to hear back and then nothing resolved. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM RURAL KING! NEVER AGAIN

During a return of ill-fitting, mis-sized work jeans , despite presenting the receipt and credit card from the day before purchase and the items still in same condition as when purchased with all tags in place and none worn, the customer service rep asked for my driver's license telling me it was only to confirm proof of identity, but then scanned the entire information of my driver's license into their computer system via the bar code. A total theft of otherwise secure personal information. Just prior to her scanning the license I protested and asked for my license back and not to scan it. She did anyway, ignoring me. Rural King - Great products, horrible service.

Product quality and selection are fantastic, but every employee I've ever dealt with at the Harrisburg, IL location has been incredibly rude and unhelpful. Phone service is even worse, with half hour holds, and four or five employees asking what you need but none actually doing anything helpful at all.

Rural King - Nothing wrong with animal policy.

Just because one person has a problem with one dog does not mean they should drop this policy, my canine enjoys coming to RK and exploring and enjoys the attention from, kids, fellow shoppers and associates. Besides that if he is not coming back dont worry about him. You are doing a good job! Like
