three weeks ago I went to Rural King in Angola IN. I put a pontoon on lay away.
Today I went to pick up my layaway. The front desk says pay for it here and go around to the back of the store to pick up your pontoon.
When I got to the rear of the store, the man there advised we do not have your layaway. I don't know what happened but I can give you the display model(with parts missing).
I want a new boat with all the parts and instructions that come with it. After my wife threw a hissy fit, they gave me a $20.00 gift card for my inconvience and are trying to locate a new pontoon for me.
As it stands right now I have paid in full for a new pontoon and have nothing to show for it but a receipt. How long will it take for them to find my boat.
