I think that instead of ignoring complaints about customer service CEO or executive should visit Hartland Mi store and try to buy a gun and see what it really is like to be ignored at the counter while employees BS with someone or get ignored then they will know the truth AND DONT TELL THEM YOU ARE COMING TO THE STORE. There will always be product complaints and paperwork that is slow to fill out I get that but to ignore customers ready to buy and not just me friend same thing happened to him even though good gun price it's not worth it and did pay alittle more on line from competition but way way less hassle and treated right
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Just want the customer service fixed.
I liked: Store and checkout staff.
I didn't like: Employees of gun barn.
