Customer service sucks. Shipping REALLY sucks.

How does it take 2+ weeks to ship an item in the US? I've gotten packages from China quicker than that! Customer Service says the facility is 'really backed up' and can't even respond to their emails??? Can't even give me a time frame when a 200 dollar item will be delivered!

That's is unacceptable! I cancelled my order with them and am awaiting a refund, which I should receive in 3-5 days...or so they say. However, they've made me jump through so many hoops that I am worried I won't get my money back. Will NOT be giving them any more of my business.

They should update their website on the shipping times because that's just not right. I ordered from them online because I thought it would be easier and more convenient.

I'm especially pissed because I ordered this as a Christmas present in November because I thought it was plenty of time to receive the item! I was completely wrong!
