Actually it is considered a pistol because there is no way of putting it on your shoulder .
I agree with you 100% the store management is a ***** most of them are rejects from other companies that couldn't do their job before so rural king hires them and they are still failing !!!! you shouldn't expect the management to explain the company policy to the new hires when most of them don't know it theirself , most of the management just runs a-muck in the stores and they do whatever they want and play favorites and there is very little or none accountability on the management side of things when something goes wrong , the best thing you can do is tell your friends and they can tell their friends and so -on to not work for rural king and don't buy anything from them period !!!!

The battery you returned and the new battery would be an even swap if it's a matter of two or three weeks. There wouldn't be a core credit for the first battery since you didn't have a core with you.
Any credit for a core should be applied to the second battery and noted on the receipt for that battery. There is no "money due".
